Circles House is a boutique coliving chain designed for international entrepreneurs, founders, solofounders, and remote professionals looking for flexible, community-driven living spaces. With a home base in Barcelona and soon other locations across Europe, the project combines accommodation, coworking, events, and shared experiences into a soft-landing ecosystem to the city.
As the brand grew, one of the main challenges was creating consistency across different real estate properties, new locations, audiences, and touchpoints while preserving the brand experience.
The project existed between hospitality, community, and modern work culture, but lacked a cohesive system that clearly communicated its value and identity. We helped transform Circles House from a collection of spaces into a more unified brand ecosystem. We worked on positioning, communication, CRM, onboarding flows, digital presence, customer experience, and growth strategy to create stronger alignment between the physical experience and the brand itself.
The result was a clearer identity, more intentional experiences, and scalable systems designed to support both expansion and community building with manuals ready to use by operational partners, internal teams and HQs.
